Heat a large frying pan or wok to medium and add olive oil. Add garlic and onions and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add chopped broccoli and fry for another 5-6 minutes before adding the kale, along with 5 tablespoons of water. Fry for another 5-6 minutes or until the kale is tender but still bright green in colour.
Take off the heat and stir through sundried tomatoes, feta and olives.
