I work from an inside-out paradigm and will meet you wherever you are at right now. This means I will never judge you and I will support you in discovering a way of eating that leaves you feeling healthier and happier long-term – psychically, psychologically and emotionally.

I take a non-diet approach focusing on nutrition and nourishment over restrictive dieting and deprivation. This draws on Intuitive Eating Counselling, eating and exercise psychology, and Ayurvedic nutrition and lifestyle management. It is a gentler and kinder approach to eating than traditional diets and is just as successful in helping you reach your health and fitness goals (without the side-effects of restrictive dieting like poor body image, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, unhealthy eating behaviours, long term weight gain, and disordered eating symptoms).

All this means I don’t simply give you a meal plan or calorie target but I provide you with the tools to trust your body, honour your hunger, make peace with food, and eat in a way that, rather than feeling harsh and restrictive, feels natural to you.


I specialise in the following areas:

  • Eating disorders and disordered eating
  • Irritable Bowel Syndrome and bloating issues
  • Hypothalamic amenorrhea (loss of menstruation due to diet and lifestyle)
  • Chronic dieters – for anyone who has been on and off diets their whole life and is tired of struggling with food
  • Intuitive eating – transitioning from meal plans and calorie counting to an intuitive approach
